Blue Caribbean was founded in 1994 by Rosa Saucedo, a Mexican born entrepreneur. Rosa started with 13 condos and now has over 70 properties that she manages in Puerto Aventuras. It is the largest property management and consulting company in Puerto Aventuras.

Blue Caribbean provides vacation rentals and property management services.

Having said that, the biggest service Blue Caribbean offers someone is candid customer service. "We LISTEN to you FIRST, and then IF we ourselves can provide you with the services you require, we do but if we cannot, we will certainly know who can. We are proud to say we know a lot of incredible people here in Puerto Aventuras, Playa del Carmen and Cancun. After all, this is our home."

Blue Caribbean clients are from all over the world - Fortunately Blue Caribbean's management team are all well traveled and speak a variety of languages. A vast majority of our clients have ended up becoming wonderful friends, therefore it is always a pleasure to see them return and rather sad to see them depart. (A much better problem to have than the other way around).

Real Estate and Rental Management

Rosa is an undergraduate of Business from ITAM in Mexico City and has a master degree in Mass Communications from the University of Leicester in England. She has attended the Cornell University School of Hotel Marketing and received a Certificate in Hotel Marketing in 2001. She enjoys diving, reading, traveling and cooking.

Real Estate

In 1997, American born Curt Threlkeld joined Rosa and Blue Caribbean. Curt has an undergraduate degree in Business from Oregon State University. Curt likes diving, running, skiing, tennis, and Puerto Aventuras. Curt probably knows every square inch of the area, hence his success in real estate.

Public Relations, Bookings and Real Estate

Later in 1997 Rosa and Blue Caribbean hired Beatriz Juárez. Born in Guadalajara, Betty has a degree in Tourism from Universidad de Guadalajara and extensive experience in tourism and public relations. Betty loves diving, cooking and spending quality time with her family.
